Job Overview

Cashpey is looking for energetic and motivated candidates for the position of Field Executive. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience and basic knowledge of Payday and Credit products.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle field visits and customer interactions.
- Promote and explain Payday and Credit products.
- Generate new leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Assist customers with application and documentation processes.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned business targets.
- Maintain daily field activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales or operations.
- Basic knowledge of Payday and Credit.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.

Preferred Candidates

- Experience in Fintech, Payday Loans, Credit Products, or Financial Services will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and customer visits.
