Role Overview

We are looking for proactive and responsible Field Officers to support on-ground data collection operations. The role involves visiting commercial establishments, helping business partners use recording equipment, and ensuring that recording activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit commercial spaces and business locations regularly.
- Set up recording equipment and guide business partners on its correct use.
- Support businesses in capturing recordings of their regular day-to-day work activities.
- Monitor equipment usage and help ensure recording sessions run smoothly.
- Provide on-ground support, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate with internal teams as required.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with business partners.
- Ensure operational requirements and recording processes are completed efficiently.

Eligibility & Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work, travel, and direct interaction with business partners.
- Basic technical understanding of devices and equipment.
- Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Prior field sales, field operations, or customer-support experience is an advantage.
- Must have access to a two-wheeler. A valid driving licence or learner’s licence is accepted.

Salary & Incentives

Monthly fixed compensation varies by shift. A fuel allowance of 6,000 per month is provided in addition to the fixed salary.

Salary Structure

- Fixed Salary: Monthly basic salary.
- Fuel Allowance: ₹6,000 per month for fuel expenses.
- Monthly Total: Fixed salary + fuel allowance.
- Incentives:



Additional earnings based on performance, up to ₹30,000.

Maximum Monthly Earnings

- Day Shift: ₹36,000 + ₹30,000 = ₹66,000
- Night Shift: ₹39,000 + ₹30,000 = ₹69,000

Incentive Details:

- Performance-based incentives are paid in addition to the fixed monthly salary.
- Employees can earn incentives up to ₹30,000 per month.
- Incentives depend on achieving assigned performance targets.
- Incentives are variable and not guaranteed.

Potential monthly total including incentives: up to 66,000 for the day shift and up to 69,000 for the night shift, subject to incentive eligibility and achievement.

Contract Details:

- Employment Type: 6-Month Contract.
- Contract duration: 6 months.
- Salary and incentives as per the applicable shift and performance.

Training & Onboarding

Selected candidates will attend a short office-based training and demonstration session covering the workflow,

equipment handling, and role expectations.
