Working alongside the Workshop Manager, you will be the link between the workshop floor and the records, making sure jobs, schedules and spare parts are always tracked and nothing slips through the cracks. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily workshop activities.




- Maintain and update workshop records, logs, and reports accurately.
- Prepare spare parts requests and follow up as required.
- Assist the Workshop Manager in preparing work schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry related to workshop operations.
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the Workshop Manager.
- Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by workshop management from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Background as a Data Entry Clerk or relevant coordination experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic coordination and documentation skills.
- Exposure to workshop or manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
- Diploma in Automobile preferred (discontinued candidates and dropouts are eligible).
- Preferably female candidates.
