Job Summary We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller with positive Hindi communication skills to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team. Basic computer knowledge is needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Communicate effectively in Hindi and explain product details clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up schedules.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support business development and achieve targets.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements, as needed.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (mandatory).




- Basic knowledge of Tamil or English is an added advantage.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customer calls, maintain records, and complete timely follow-ups.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Experience: 2-7 years; preferably experienced staffs needed.
- Language: Hindi-speaking is mandatory. English or tamil is needed along with hindi
- Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
- Salary: As per experience and company norms.
