We are looking for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Career Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in guiding students and job seekers towards suitable career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide and counsel students and job seekers regarding career opportunities.

* Understand candidates' educational backgrounds, skills, and career interests.

* Recommend suitable courses, career paths, and job opportunities.

* Assist individuals with career planning and career development.

* Handle candidate enquiries through phone calls and direct interactions.

* Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain regular communication.

* Maintain candidate records and update databases.





* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.

* Ability to understand individual career requirements and provide appropriate guidance.

* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
