Manage incoming and outgoing phone callsHandle inbound calls from interested customers, answer product-related questions, and provide detailed product information.Identify potential customers, generate leads, and follow up on qualified leads to ensure conversion.Maintain an accurate and updated customer database (CRM/Excel) with call details and customer information.Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and provide excellent customer service.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by managementStay updated on Ayurvedic products, their ingredients, benefits, and any recent promotions.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
