Yellow Banana Food Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and experienced professionals to join our restaurant operations team as Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers.

The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in restaurant operations, team management, guest handling, inventory control, and sales performance. Experience in liquor-serving restaurants, bars, or fine-dining establishments is highly preferred, with strong operational knowledge and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.

Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally.

Monitor restaurant sales, promote upselling, and contribute to revenue growth.

Maintain inventory, monitor stock consumption, control wastage, and support cost management.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, grooming, and operational standards.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and performance.

Oversee billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and opening and closing procedures.

Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for efficient operations.





Ensure proper liquor stock management and compliance with applicable liquor regulations.

Implement company SOPs and maintain consistent service quality.

Monitor outlet performance and take corrective action to improve profitability.

Prepare operational reports and coordinate with senior management as required.

Requirements & Skills

3–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.

Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.

Experience in liquor-serving restaurants, bars, or fine-dining establishments is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Good knowledge of restaurant service standards, guest relations, and operational procedures.

Understanding of inventory management, stock audits, sales monitoring, and cost control.

Ability to handle customer escalations and operational challenges.

Familiarity with POS systems, billing, and daily reporting.

A customer-focused approach and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
