About the Role

We’re looking for a Telemarketing Specialist who can understand customer requirements, explain Houspire’s services clearly, and convert enquiries into paid design bookings. You’ll manage customer conversations from the first call through follow-ups and handover to the design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond promptly to incoming enquiries.
- Explain Houspire’s packages, deliverables, process, and service scope accurately.
- Recommend suitable packages and address questions about pricing, timelines, and revisions.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and email to move enquiries towards bookings.
- Schedule consultations with the relevant team when needed.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, follow-up dates, and conversion updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups and ensure a smooth handover of confirmed bookings.
- Work towards agreed calling,



follow-up, and sales targets.
- Share recurring customer questions and objections to help improve sales communication.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus.
- Good listening skills and the ability to explain services in simple terms.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing sales without pressuring customers.
- Consistent follow-up habits and robust attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets or Excel.
- A target-oriented approach with a focus on customer experience.
- Experience in interiors, home services, real estate, or consumer sales is preferred.
