1. Job Description (JD) – Warehouse Executive

The main responsibilities generally include:

1. Material Receiving (Inward)

- Receive raw materials, accessories and other goods.
- Check quantity against purchase orders and invoices.
- Verify material quality and report shortages or damages.

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain daily stock records.
- Track raw materials and finished racks.
- Maintain proper storage locations and stock registers.
- Conduct physical stock verification.

3. Material Issue to Production





- Issue materials to the production department.
- Maintain records of issued and returned materials.
- Coordinate with production and purchase departments.

4. Dispatch Management (Outward)

- Prepare finished goods for dispatch.
- Verify product quantity and specifications.
- Coordinate loading, packing and transportation.
- Prepare delivery challans and dispatch documents.

5. Documentation & MIS

- Maintain inward and outward registers.
- Update inventory in Excel or ERP software.
- Prepare daily stock and dispatch reports.
- Maintain proper warehouse documentation.

6. Safety & Housekeeping

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Ensure materials are stored safely.

Pay: ₹20,100.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
