Job Title: Admissions Counsellor

Location: Mody School (Laxmangarh, Narodara Rural, Rajasthan – 332311)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Admissions Counsellor to drive student admissions and achieve enrolment targets. The role involves managing admission enquiries, counselling prospective students and parents, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into admissions. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams to support admission and enrolment objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive student admissions and achieve assigned enrolment targets.
- Manage admission leads, counselling, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools and other stakeholders.
- Conduct admission outreach activities, school visits,



education fairs and counselling sessions.
- Maintain admission trackers, reports and lead databases.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Marketing and Business Development teams to achieve enrolment objectives.

Required Experience & Skills

- Candidates with relevant experience in Admissions, Student Counselling, Education Sales, Business Development or Higher Education will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with students, parents and other stakeholders.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
