Role Overview:

At Talentmark Academy, our Academic Counsellors are the friendly face and guiding voice for students stepping into their professional learning journeys. We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, and organized communicator who loves interacting with people, understanding their career goals, and helping them select the right vocational courses (such as Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, Financial Modelling, and Digital Marketing).

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Engagement & Guidance: Connect with prospective students via phone, email, and walk-ins to understand their career aspirations and explain how our professional courses align with their goals.

- Enquiry Management: Handle incoming admission queries promptly, maintaining organized follow-up logs and ensuring every student receives personalized attention.

- Campus & Demo Coordination: Coordinate and schedule live demo sessions and trial classes, guiding attendees smoothly through their first step into the academy.

- Admission Facilitation:



Assist students through the enrolment formalities, making the onboarding process welcoming, transparent, and hassle-free.

- Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for student queries, fostering a supportive, encouraging, and positive learning environment from day one.

What We Are Looking For:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with students and parents.

- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping.

- Comfortable using basic digital tools, CRM workflows, and office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).

- A positive, student-first mindset, patience, and a genuine passion for education and career mentorship.

- Prior experience in academic counselling, customer success, or student admissions is a robust plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
