About Us:

The Wise Bucks is a growing stock market education institute based in Sector 33D, Chandigarh. We train students and working professionals in stock market trading and investing through structured courses.

Role: Admission Counsellor cum Telecaller (Full-time, On-site)

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken counsellor who can guide prospective students, explain our courses and convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on course inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)

- Counsel students on course details, fees, batches and career benefits

- Book demo/free seminar sessions and ensure attendance

- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets

- Handle walk-in visitors at the office professionally

- Maintain lead records and daily call reports in CRM/Excel

- Coordinate with trainers and team for batch scheduling

Requirements:





- 1-3 years of experience in admission counselling, telecalling, tele-sales or inside sales (education/edtech/finance background preferred)

- Excellent communication in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)

- Persuasive, confident and target-oriented

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)

- Interest in or basic knowledge of stock market is a plus

- Must be based in Chandigarh Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) and able to work from office

What We Offer:

- Salary: Rs 25,000 - 30,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
