We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience in IT Sales and Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, identifying potential leads, and promoting the company's IT services to domestic and international clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through various online and offline channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and other platforms.
- Promote IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, and SEO.
- Handle end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Communicate with international clients through emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and prepare business proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Maintain client databases and prepare regular sales performance reports.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.
- Experience in selling IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, and SEO.
- Knowledge of international client handling (USA, UK, and Europe).
- Positive understanding of cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of proposal writing and client relationship management.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and documentation.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Candidates with experience in international IT sales and client acquisition will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
