Key Responsibilities
- Drive Admissions: Conduct counseling sessions via phone, video, or in-person walk-ins to understand student goals and close program sales.
- Lead Management: Manage daily outbound/inbound lead funnels, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
- Onboarding Support: Guide students through documentation, fee collection, and the initial enrollment process.
- Referrals: Build robust rapport with students to generate organic referrals and meet monthly enrollment targets.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
