Job Description

Fashion House is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Merchandiser to join our team at Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment merchandising, order coordination, production follow-up, and managing communication between buyers, vendors, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, suppliers, and production teams.
- Handle merchandising activities from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Follow up on sampling, fabric, trims, and accessories.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure timely order completion.
- Maintain order sheets, production reports, and merchandising records.
- Coordinate with the quality team to ensure product quality standards.
- Track order status and resolve production-related issues.




- Ensure timely delivery of orders as per buyer requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in garment or fashion merchandising.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
