Role Description: The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities in alignment with company policies. The role involves supporting employee relations, coordinating performance management processes, and assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives and engagement programs. The individual will maintain accurate HR records, handle HR queries,



and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR workflows and compliance with applicable regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular coordination with leadership and teams across locations.

Qualifications:

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR functions.
- Experience in HR Operations, including employee data management, documentation, and HR systems.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to help implement and communicate policies across the organization.
- Skills in Employee Relations, including handling queries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
