Store Manager – MakeO Toothsi

Location: Pitampura, Delhi Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 gross per month + performance incentives

Employment Type: Full-time, in-person Working Hours: 11 AM–8 PM, six days a week Weekly Off: Rotational; no Saturday or Sunday off

Role Overview

We’re looking for a customer-focused, target-driven Store Manager to oversee daily centre operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day centre operations and front desk activities.

* Handle customer reception, appointments, walk-ins, and enquiries.

* Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Drive sales, customer conversions, and monthly business targets.

* Monitor daily sales performance and identify ways to improve revenue.

* Coordinate with clinical and operations teams for smooth service delivery.





* Maintain reports, records, hygiene standards, and company SOPs.

* Oversee centre presentation, maintenance, and operational supplies.

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

* 2+ years of experience as a Store, Centre, Clinic, or Salon Manager, or in a similar customer-facing leadership role.

* Experience in dental, aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, salon, beauty, or healthcare retail preferred.

* Strong customer service, sales, communication, and team-management skills.

* Comfortable working in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
