Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)

Basic English reading & writing skills

Positive communication in Hindi, basic English speaking

Knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, Email, Data Entry)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with company employees through phone calls for follow-ups

Assist in day-to-day process management and documentation

Communicate effectively with staff and support smooth operations

Report work progress to seniors on time

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi – strong, English – basic)

Confident, polite, and responsible personality

Ability to handle calls

Should be disciplined and eager to learn
