About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to work as a faculty member for our 2-month HR Certificate Course designed for working professionals.

The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience and the ability to deliver job-oriented HR training through real-world assignments, case studies, HR documentation, and workplace simulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical, hands-on HR training sessions.
- Train learners in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee management.
- Provide training in payroll processing, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Teach labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
- Conduct practical sessions on HRMS and HR-related software.




- Guide learners through real-time HR assignments and case studies.
- Support working professionals in applying HR skills in their workplace.

Requirements

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of practical HR industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous teaching or corporate training experience is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

An experienced HR professional who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training suitable for working professionals.
