The Associate will assist the Production department in daily manufacturing activities, ensuring smooth operation of blow‑molder equipment, aiding in line breakdowns, and providing on‑floor support under the guidance of shift executives. The role demands a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced beverage production environment.

- Assist shift executives in monitoring production targets and quality standards.
- Support line breakdowns and equipment changeovers with minimal downtime.
- Operate and maintain blow‑molder machines according to SOPs.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any deviations promptly.
- Maintain accurate production logs and shift reports.




- Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a beverage or packaging manufacturing workplace.
- Hands‑on knowledge of blow‑molder equipment and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with production planning and line breakdown procedures.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from shift executives.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems).
