Job Summary

The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client communications and coordinating post-production projects from initiation to final delivery. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal creative and technical teams, tracking project timelines, managing feedback and revisions, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outputs while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the post-production process.
- Understand client briefs, project requirements, expectations, and delivery specifications.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

2. Post-Production Project Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams such as video editors, offline editors, online editors, colorists, sound designers, animators, VFX artists, and quality control teams.
- Share client briefs and creative references with the respective production teams.
- Ensure projects move smoothly through different post-production stages.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate project schedules, review sessions, and final deliveries.

3. Feedback & Revision Management

- Collect and communicate client feedback accurately to the respective teams.
- Maintain proper records of version changes, revisions, and approvals.
- Ensure feedback is implemented correctly and within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate multiple rounds of revisions while managing client expectations.
- Obtain client approvals at different stages of post-production.

4. Project Delivery & Quality Control

- Ensure final outputs meet client expectations and delivery specifications.
- Coordinate quality checks before sharing deliverables with clients.
- Verify video formats,



resolutions, aspect ratios, frame rates, audio levels, subtitles, and other technical requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of final masters and project files, as agreed.
- Maintain proper records of delivered files and client approvals.

5. Internal Team Coordination

- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal post-production teams.
- Coordinate resource availability and project priorities with the operations team.
- Communicate deadlines and changes in project requirements.
- Escalate project delays, technical issues, or client concerns to the reporting manager.
- Ensure smooth workflow between creative, technical, and client-facing teams.

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain project trackers, timelines, client briefs, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare daily and weekly project status reports.
- Maintain records of client feedback, approvals, and pending deliverables.
- Track project hours, revision requests, and additional requirements.
- Support billing coordination and purchase order documentation where required.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client coordination and relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of video editing and post-production workflows.
- Knowledge of offline editing, online editing, color grading, sound design, VFX, and motion graphics.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and communicate feedback accurately.
- Strong project coordination and time management skills.
- Positive problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Making, Media Studies, Visual Communication, or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with a background in media, advertising, or film production will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
