- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations within the assigned area.
- Supervise and support field staff, team leaders, and operational teams.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Coordinate with management and report daily operational updates.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and customers.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor team activities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
