Job Summary

Catalyst Education is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Sales Head to lead our sales operations in Palakkad. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent business development expertise, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the EdTech or Education industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete sales operations of the Palakkad branch.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and BDA teams.
- Drive monthly student admission and revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance, conversion rates, and productivity.
- Develop effective lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
- Handle key prospects and support the team in closing admissions.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance meetings.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Ensure consistent achievement of branch-level sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.




- Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams.
- EdTech industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Strong decision-making and team management capabilities.
- Graduation or postgraduate qualification preferred.
