Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Architect & 3D Visualizer with 2+ years of hands-on industry experience. In this dual role, you will lead architectural drafting, prepare complete construction working drawings, and create high-end photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs while coordinating with senior management, site teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Architectural Design & Drafting

- Develop comprehensive architectural drawings, concept layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Lead structural and MEP coordination with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless site execution.
- Ensure design proposals strictly comply with local building codes, safety standards, and client parameters.
- Perform site visits and inspections to verify execution matches approved architectural drawings and quality standards.

2. 3D Modelling & Visualization





- Translate complex 2D drawings and concept design briefs into high-poly 3D models.
- Setup realistic material textures, lighting configurations (day/night), and camera views to generate photorealistic still renders and 3D walkthrough animations.
- Execute post-production and colour grading in Adobe Photoshop to produce client-ready presentations.
- Build and maintain a structured in-house repository of 3D assets, material shaders, and furniture models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional architectural drafting and 3D rendering experience in an architecture or interior design firm.
- Software Proficiencies:
- Drafting & Modelling: AutoCAD (Advanced), Revit, or SketchUp.
- 3D Rendering Engine: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Escape, Lumion, or Corona Renderer.
- Post-Production: Adobe Photoshop (Essential).
- General: MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Design & Technical Depth: Solid grasp of building materials, construction methodologies, joinery details, and spatial design.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills for managing client interactions and site coordination.
