Position: Client Manager & Asst Client Manager
Location: Bengaluru & Chennai
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: BBA / MBA
Languages: English, Hindi , Kannada or Tamil (Mandatory)
Roles amp; ResponsibilitiesAttend and manage incoming leads effectively.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Initiate outbound calls and connect with potential customers.Achieve targets for cold, active,



and inactive calls.Create and maintain a database of prospective clients.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Prepare rough estimates for clients.Collect token payments and coordinate further payment processes.Work closely with designers to coordinate drawings and send them to the factory.Prepare final estimates and required documentation.Coordinate part-payment and final-payment collections.Obtain client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams throughout the customer journey.
