We are looking for a qualified Architect to join our architectural team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting architectural design, preparing drawings, coordinating with site teams, and assisting in the successful execution of residential and commercial projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Develop architectural concepts based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
- Create 3D models and presentations using SketchUp or other visualization software.
- Coordinate with the site team, engineers, draftsmen, and other departments.
- Conduct site visits and verify measurements and existing site conditions.
- Coordinate design requirements with clients and incorporate necessary revisions.
- Prepare and maintain project drawings, specifications, and other architectural documents.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with project requirements and company standards.
- Assist in material selection, specifications, and design development.
- Monitor architectural execution at site and coordinate with the execution team when required.
- Maintain proper records of drawing revisions and project documents.
- Complete assigned architectural work within the required timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or other 3D software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of building planning, construction details, and materials.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and design sense.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and site teams.
Educational Qualification
B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) is mandatory.
Only B.Arch-qualified candidates will be considered. Candidates from other educational backgrounds are not eligible for this position.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in architectural design or construction projects.
Fresh B.Arch graduates with good design and technical skills are also welcome to apply.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to visit construction sites when required.
- Good professional communication and teamwork.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned architectural work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
