About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience across the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate engagement and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Actively source potential talent via LinkedIn, job portals, and social media channels.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes against client requirements and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Recruitment Operations: Maintain candidate databases, update tracking sheets, and assist with daily HR documentation and reporting.
- Employer Branding & Posting: Assist in drafting engaging job descriptions and broadcasting vacancies across platforms.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact for candidates,



ensuring timely follow-ups and a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Education: Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (MBA in HR or BBA preferred).
- Skills: Robust verbal and written communication skills with solid interpersonal abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Traits: Self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to build a career in Human Resources.
