Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Network & Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, monitor, and secure the company's IT infrastructure, network systems, and server environments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows server administration, network configuration, infrastructure troubleshooting, and IT security. You will be responsible for ensuring system availability, maintaining network performance, resolving technical issues, and supporting the smooth functioning of business-critical IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Network Administration

- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network devices and infrastructure.

- Manage LAN, WAN, VLANs, IP addressing, subnetting, TCP/IP, and related network protocols.

- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN connections.

- Monitor network performance, connectivity, availability, and security.

- Identify and resolve network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.





Server & Systems Administration

- Administer Windows operating systems and Windows-based server environments.

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and system infrastructure.

- Manage DNS, DHCP, Apache, and Microsoft IIS services.

- Monitor server performance, resource utilization, system health, and availability.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and server-related issues.

- Support MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server administration, maintenance, and connectivity.

- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.

IT Security, Backup & Maintenance

- Implement and maintain network security measures, firewall policies, and access controls.

- Manage data backup solutions and perform recovery procedures when required.

- Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes.

- Monitor infrastructure for potential security risks and performance issues.

- Maintain system configurations, technical documentation, network diagrams, and infrastructure records.

- Configure and troubleshoot VoIP systems and communication infrastructure.

Technical Support & Operations

- Provide technical support for network, server, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve infrastructure-related challenges.

- Handle critical system incidents and ensure timely resolution.

- Provide on-call or 24/7 support for critical infrastructure issues when required.
