## Project Manager – Operations & Strategic Projects

### Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Project Manager who can take ownership of new ideas, operational improvements, technology initiatives, and internal projects from planning to completion.

The person will work closely with management and convert ideas/discussions into clear action plans, assign responsibilities, set timelines, follow up with teams/vendors, and ensure projects are completed without requiring continuous management intervention.

### Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Convert management ideas into structured projects with clear timelines, owners and measurable outcomes.

⁠ ⁠Maintain a central *Project & Idea Tracker* and ensure approved projects move according to schedule.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Operations, HR, Accounts, IT, Marketing, CSR teams and external vendors.

⁠ ⁠Identify operational problems and recommend practical solutions instead of only escalating issues.

⁠ ⁠Drive process improvements, automation, CRM and other technology implementations.

⁠ ⁠Create and maintain SOPs for important organizational processes.

⁠ ⁠Track project deadlines, dependencies, pending tasks and deliverables.

⁠ ⁠Conduct regular follow-ups with responsible team members and vendors.

⁠ ⁠Prepare a concise weekly management dashboard covering *Completed / In Progress / Delayed / Decisions Required*.

⁠ ⁠Ensure management involvement is required primarily for approvals and major decisions—not routine follow-ups.

⁠ ⁠Research new tools,



processes and solutions whenever required.

⁠ ⁠Take complete ownership of a project from *Idea → Planning → Execution → Monitoring → Closure*.

### What We Are Looking For

⁠ ⁠3–6 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Founder’s Office, PMO or similar execution-focused roles.

⁠ ⁠Solid ownership and problem-solving mindset.

⁠ ⁠Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.

⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with multiple departments and external vendors.

⁠ ⁠Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, CRM and basic business technology.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

⁠ ⁠Strong written and verbal communication skills.

⁠ ⁠Someone who brings *solutions along with problems*.

### Most Important Requirement

We do not need someone who only prepares reports or forwards tasks.

We need someone who can take an idea, understand the objective, create an execution plan, coordinate with the right people and *get the project completed.*

### Success in This Role

Within the first 90 days, the Project Manager should be able to independently manage multiple organizational projects, establish a structured project-tracking system, improve follow-up/accountability and significantly reduce management involvement in day-to-day project execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
