Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil/Structural Design professional with a background in ground-mounted solar power projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in structural analysis, design of module mounting structures, foundation systems, and civil infrastructure for solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design of fixed-tilt and solar tracker mounting structures.
- Handle civil and structural design activities for ground-mounted solar projects.
- Prepare site layouts, grading plans, foundation designs, access roads, and drainage systems.
- Conduct structural analysis using STAAD Pro and manual design calculations.
- Review geotechnical investigation reports and recommend suitable foundation designs.
- Perform wind and seismic load calculations as per applicable standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, design reports, BOQs, and specifications.
- Support RFP preparation, land evaluation, and civil feasibility studies.




- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Indian and international design codes.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong knowledge of ground-mounted solar project design.
- Experience in module mounting structures (MMS), solar trackers, and foundation systems.
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of L-Pile software will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of IS 800, IS 802, IS 875, IS 456 and relevant international standards.
- Understanding of wind load, seismic load, and structural stability calculations.
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy / solar industry.
- Hands-on experience in structural design and engineering of ground-mounted solar projects.
