Arya Bhangy Builders is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Estimation Engineer & Planning professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in construction estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, budgeting and project planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for building construction projects.
- Analyse architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Prepare project budgets, rate analysis and material quantity calculations.
- Handle tender documentation and contractor quotations.
- Develop project schedules, work programmes and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Prepare project reports and MIS updates for management.
Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering and project planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera.
- Ability to independently manage estimation and planning activities.
- Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills.
Salary & Benefits
₹45,000 -50000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and capability).
