About the Role:

Lakhera Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Finance Intern to join our team. This opportunity is designed for candidates with an MBA in Finance and prior hands-on experience in finance practices who want to further develop their practical skills in financial operations, accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.

The selected candidate will work closely with the finance team, gain further exposure to real-world financial processes, and develop skills essential for a successful career in finance.

Based on performance during the six-month internship, the candidate may be offered a full-time position with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, statements, and expense summaries.
- Maintain and organise financial records, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and verification of financial transactions.
- Monitor expenses, payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
- Verify financial information to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Assist the finance team with other financial and analytical tasks as required.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- MBA in Finance is compulsory.
- Prior hands-on experience in finance practices is compulsory. Candidates must have practical exposure through a previous internship, relevant work experience, or finance-related assignments involving actual financial tasks.
- Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Practical familiarity with financial documentation, accounting processes, expense tracking,



or financial reporting.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle financial information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.

Stipend, Benefits & Perks:

- Monthly Stipend: ₹20,000.
- Internship Duration: 6 months.
- Internship Experience Certificate: An experience certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship, subject to company policy.
- Potential Full time Employment: Opportunity to secure a permanent position based on internship performance and organisational requirements.
- Weekly Offs: All Sundays and second Saturdays.
- Paid Leaves: 2.5 paid leaves every month.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
