We are seeking a energetic and empathetic professional to join our team as a Stem Cell Banking Marketing Cousellor. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between our services and expectant parents, primarily by building relationships with gynaecologists, hospital staff, and directly counselling pregnant women on the benefits of stem cell banking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit maternity hospitals and clinics in Vadodara regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with gynaecologists, nurses, and reception staff.
- Collect leads of pregnant women through hospital partnerships and networking.
- Educate and counsel expecting parents on stem cell banking options, benefits, and procedures.
- Achieve monthly targets for registrations and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-up and client onboarding.
- Organize awareness sessions, workshops, or promotional events in hospitals.
- Maintain records of client interactions, hospital visits,



and lead status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, pharma sales, or counselling (preferably in maternity or gynaecology domain). Fresher can also apply.
- Graduate in any discipline; education in life sciences, healthcare, or marketing will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and hospital visits.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting.
