WE ARE HIRING – GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Position: Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Chandigarh

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Graphic Designer who can handle our daily designing and digital marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Design attractive posters, social media creatives, advertisements, banners, reels and promotional content.
- - Create creatives for visa offers, seminars, job vacancies and marketing campaigns.
- - Set up, manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook/Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- - Prepare and provide daily campaign performance reports and data, including leads, enquiries, reach, engagement and campaign results.
- - Coordinate with the sales/telecalling team and provide daily lead data generated through campaigns.
- - Regularly monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase quality leads and conversions.
- - Maintain consistency in company branding, colours, fonts and overall design quality.
- - Create content according to current trends and promotional requirements.




- - Manage multiple designs and campaigns on a daily basis and meet deadlines.
- - Maintain proper records of creatives, campaigns, leads and performance data.

Required Skills:

- - Good knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar designing tools.
- - Basic to good knowledge of Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- - Understanding of lead generation and campaign management.
- - Good creativity and sense of design.
- - Ability to analyse campaign data and prepare reports.
- - Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- - Ability to work independently and handle daily targets and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

A candidate who can manage both designing and digital campaigns, generate quality leads, provide daily data/reporting, and contribute to the company's overall marketing growth.
