Job Summary

Shriram Enterprises is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in thermal power plant erection activities, particularly in Turbine, Boiler, Cable Tray Installation, Cable Laying, and Electrical Equipment Erection.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise electrical erection activities at thermal power plant project sites.
- Handle electrical installation and erection work related to Turbine and Boiler areas.
- Supervise cable tray installation, cable routing, cable laying, dressing, glanding and termination.
- Ensure installation of electrical equipment, panels, motors, transformers and associated electrical systems.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, instrumentation and commissioning teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment and daily site activities.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings,



technical specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material records and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in Thermal Power Plant Erection Projects.
- Robust knowledge of Turbine and Boiler electrical work.
- Practical experience in Cable Tray Installation and Cable Laying.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment erection, installation and termination.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
- Experience in handling site manpower and subcontractors.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in BHEL / NTPC / SAIL / Other Thermal Power Plant or PSU Projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
