Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Retention Marketer to join our Growth team. The role focuses on engaging existing customers, executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, analysing campaign performance, and supporting initiatives that drive repeat purchases and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Understanding & Segmentation

- Understand customer behaviour, purchase patterns, and engagement trends.
- Support customer segmentation activities to improve campaign targeting.

Campaign Execution

- Execute retention marketing campaigns through Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications.
- Support customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Campaign Performance & Analytics

- Track and analyse campaign performance across retention channels.
- Monitor key marketing metrics, identify trends, and suggest actionable improvements.

Collaboration

- Coordinate with Design, Platform, Analytics, Customer Support, and Performance Marketing teams.




- Support ongoing retention marketing projects and initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA in Marketing or Business Analytics preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in marketing or relevant internship exposure.
- Exposure to Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, CRM, or Performance Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Google Sheets, MS Excel, data visualisation, and analytical tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
