Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads and convert them into sales.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Negotiate and close property deals.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle and mentor sales teams for leadership positions.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain channel partner relationships.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and maintain sales performance reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- 1+ years of relevant sales experience preferred for senior positions.
- Candidates from Real Estate, B2C Sales, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Automobile, Telecom, EdTech, or Channel Sales are welcome.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, energetic, and willing to grow.
- Any graduate can apply.
- Candidates with team handling and sales leadership experience can apply for Team Leader/Managerial roles.
Location - Noida
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
