Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2+ years of recruitment experience to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer/onboarding follow-ups. Candidates with prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical services, diagnostics, or pharma recruitment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare relevant job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri/Foundit, LinkedIn, social media, references, and recruitment databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, selection, and offer acceptance.
- Coordinate documentation and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined TAT.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Handle multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining candidate quality.




- Stay updated with recruitment trends and sourcing strategies, particularly within the healthcare sector.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri/Foundit and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2+ years of recruitment experience.
- Candidates with experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Services / Diagnostics / Pharma recruitment are preferred.
- Candidates who have handled healthcare professionals as well as corporate/support functions will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable working from Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
