Position: Full Stack Developer (MERN) – IT Support & Digital Media (Odisha Only)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer with knowledge of the MERN stack, basic IT troubleshooting skills, and an interest in digital media management. The candidate will develop and maintain web applications, handle basic computer and IT-related issues, and assist with social media content management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Full Stack Web Development

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs.

- Work with databases and manage application data.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.

- Collaborate with the team on current features and ongoing projects.

2. IT Support and Technical Troubleshooting

- Install and configure Windows operating systems.

- Troubleshoot Windows installation, driver, and hardware-related issues.

- Install and configure software, applications, and system utilities.

- Perform basic computer maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Assist with general IT and technical support requirements.

3. Graphic Design and Canva

- Create basic social media graphics, banners, posters, and promotional materials using Canva.

- Make minor edits to existing designs and marketing creatives.





- Maintain consistency in visual content and branding.

4. Social Media Management

- Manage company social media profiles and pages.

- Create and publish regular posts across social media platforms.

- Schedule posts and maintain a basic content calendar.

- Write simple captions and descriptions for posts.

- Monitor basic engagement, comments, and messages.

- Assist in maintaining the company's online presence.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of the MERN Stack.

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.

- Basic knowledge of MongoDB and Express.js.

- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.

- Knowledge of Windows installation and driver troubleshooting.

- Basic proficiency in Canva.

- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
