We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager with robust knowledge of domestic and international logistics operations, including air freight, sea freight, imports, and exports. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and preferably have experience working with a manufacturing company, particularly in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end import and export logistics operations.
- Coordinate international shipments through air and sea freight.
- Handle freight forwarding, shipment documentation, and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, and vendors.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage logistics costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and trade documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, imports, and exports.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.
- Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
