MIS Coordinator – Panobiz business technologies

Location: Cochin, Kerala

CTC: Up to ₹25000 monthly

We are looking for an experienced MIS Coordinator to manage MIS reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and daily operational reports. The ideal candidate should have experience in Banking or NBFC operations and be proficient in Excel and data management.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

* Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from different teams.

* Track business performance, targets, achievements, and productivity.

* Prepare dashboards and management reports as required.

* Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all MIS reports.

* Coordinate with field, sales, HR, and operations teams for data collection.

* Identify data discrepancies and coordinate for timely corrections.

* Maintain proper records and databases for reporting purposes.

* Provide analytical reports and insights to the management.

Required Skills

* Strong MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



formulas, data validation, etc.

* Good knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

* Knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools will be an added advantage.

* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience

* 1+ years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Management.

* Experience in Banking or NBFC is preferred.

* Candidates with experience in sales MIS, branch operations MIS, or financial services reporting will be preferred.

Education

* Any Graduate with relevant MIS/Reporting experience.
