We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Trainees who are interested in building a career in IT sales and cybersecurity. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and promoting our cybersecurity products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Reach out to potential customers, including businesses, startups, and enterprises.
- Promote and sell cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant product features and advantages.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain customer records and update daily sales activities
Eligibility & Skills
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Graduate in any stream (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, IT, or cybersecurity is an advantage.
- Confidence in making sales calls and interacting with clients.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Training Structure
Phase 1: Training & Evaluation
- Duration: First 15 days.
- Stipend: Unpaid training/trial period.
- Candidates will receive basic training about cybersecurity products, sales processes, lead generation, and client communication.
- Performance, learning ability, communication, and overall suitability will be evaluated during this period.
Phase 2: Full-Time Employment
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Additional performance-based sales incentives.
- Incentives will be linked to sales performance and successful business closures.
