Skills Required
- Good communication and pleasing personality
- Knowledge of F&B; service types - Silver Service, American, Buffet
- Knowledge of menu, beverages, and upselling techniques
- Customer-focused, team player, able to work under pressure
- Basic computer / POS billing knowledge
