LearNEE Academy is a children's learning centre offering phonics, reading, public speaking, STEM, creative activities and personality development programmes. We are looking for a creative, confident and proactive individual who can help us grow our academy through marketing, parent communication and innovative promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions & Parent Communication
- Make calls to prospective parents and handle admission enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain courses, programmes, fees and organise demo classes.
- Maintain enquiry records and admission databases.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage the academy's Instagram account.
- Plan and create engaging posts, reels, stories and captions.
- Shoot videos and capture classroom activities.
- Develop strategies to increase social media engagement and generate enquiries.
3. Marketing & Business Development
- Develop creative marketing strategies to increase admissions.
- Explore new ways to promote the academy in nearby societies and communities.
- Plan promotional campaigns, referral programmes and admission drives.
- Build partnerships with schools, preschools and residential societies.
4. Workshops & Events
- Plan and organise children's workshops, activity sessions and special events.
- Develop current workshop concepts and promotional ideas.
- Manage registrations, parent communication and event coordination.
5. Planning & Growth
- Research new programme ideas and local market opportunities.
- Prepare monthly marketing plans and activity calendars.
- Suggest innovative ways to increase admissions and academy revenue.
- Track enquiries, conversions and marketing performance.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with parents over calls.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media marketing.
- Creativity and interest in content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Excel and ChatGPT.
- Good planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
