Job description
faff is a WhatsApp-based personal assistant service. Busy people send us their everyday tasks, and our assistants get them done. We've completed close to 90,000 tasks and are backed by Nexus Venture Partners.
We're hiring part-time remote assistants to handle users' requests from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Make bookings, appointments and orders for users
- Call vendors, service providers and customer care on users' behalf
- Compare options and secure the best outcome or price
- Follow up on pending requests and keep users updated on WhatsApp
Requirements
- Available at least 4 hours a day, 3 days a week (12+ hours/week)
- Own laptop, headphones/earphones with a mic, and a stable internet connection
- Can attend 2 days of paid online training (6 hours each) within 2 weeks of applying
- Positive written and spoken English
- Based in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata,
Pune or Ahmedabad
- Comfortable making phone calls and using apps and websites
- 18 years or older
