The Opportunity-As our Purchase Executive, you will take charge of key functions to ensure operations run seamlessly with maximum efficiency and minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities: Engineering Sourcing & Technical Verification

1). Dedicated Sourcing & RFQ Management: Actively request, collect, and track Requests for Quotes (RFQs) systematically to ensure no business opportunity or procurement requirement is missed, enabling the business to execute projects successfully with optimal pricing.

2). Technical Sourcing: Sourcing mechanical/electrical spares (bearings, motors, gearboxes, conveyor belts, sensors, VFDs, switches, fasteners, etc.).

3). Specification Matching: Review and verify part numbers, engineering drawings, and technical specifications before placing orders.

4). Quality Assurance: Ensure all sourced components strictly meet internal quality and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities: Commercial and Purchase Execution

1). Price Discovery: Secure comparative quotations from multiple vendors, perform commercial analysis, and aggressively negotiate discounts.

2). PO Management: Generate and issue precise Purchase Orders (POs)



through internal tracking systems.

3). Expediting: Maintain continuous follow-ups with suppliers to guarantee timely on-site delivery.

4). Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date procurement logs, price trends, and vendor records using MS Excel.

Candidate Requirements: Essential Qualifications

1). Education: Diploma or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

2). Core Competencies: Practical understanding of industrial machinery parts and the local supplier ecosystem.

3). Technical Skills: Comfortable crunching data and maintaining records in MS Excel.

4). Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, persistence in vendor follow-ups, and clear professional communication.

Preferred Attributes (Bonus):Prior experience or exposure to conveyor systems, material handling equipment (MHE), or industrial maintenance procurement.

Mandatory Background Verification

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
