Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FSM technical development/configuration.
- Strong experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP CRM.
- Good technical understanding of SAP CRM Service processes, including service orders, business partners, installed base/equipment, activities, and confirmations.
- Experience with SAP FSM APIs and integration frameworks/middleware.
- Hands-on knowledge of Business Rules, Smartforms, and Scheduling/Dispatching.
- Strong integration troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
- Experience supporting production environments and critical integration issues.

Preferred

- End-to-end SAP FSM implementation or rollout experience.




- Technical knowledge of ABAP and SAP CRM development/enhancements is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI is preferred where used in the integration architecture.

Experience:

Shift Requirement:

Candidate must be comfortable working 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST and willing to support rotational night shifts when required

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
