Claimaris Solutions is hiring an International Voice Process Executive to reach out to healthcare providers in the United States on behalf of our medical billing and revenue cycle services.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US doctors, clinics, and medical practices
- Introduce our medical billing and revenue cycle management services
- Identify key decision-makers such as owners, office managers, and administrators
- Generate qualified leads and schedule initial discussions
- Maintain accurate call notes and updates in our system
Requirements
- Prior experience in US outbound calling or telesales (mandatory)
- Fluent English with a explicit US accent
- Professional, confident communication and negotiation skills
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (CRM, email, data entry)
- Healthcare or medical billing experience is a plus
Job details
- Work mode: Remote / Work from Home
- Shift: US Evening / Night Shift
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience, plus performance incentives (to be decided)
- Experience: Experienced candidates only. Candidates returning after a career gap are welcome.
