Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented experienced HR Executive with 1 year to 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee coordination. The candidate should have basic knowledge of HR processes and good communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Assist in payroll inputs and monthly attendance reports.




- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR communication.
- Assist with employee exit formalities and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily HR MIS reports.

Requirements:-

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR qualification will be preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / Recruitment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR administration.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
