Associate Manager - SEO

Location

RoleOverview

Bring SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) solution expertise into projects to deliver strategic and tactical initiatives that improve clients' visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences. Drive measurable business outcomes by combining technical SEO, content strategy, and AI search optimization to achieve program KPIs and client goals.

WhatYou’llBeDoing

- Createandworkonsolutionplanstoensurethatalldeliverablesgoinatimelyandeffective manner to engagement teams

- Formulateandusestandardmethods,frameworksandartefactstoensurequalitystandards of all deliverables

- Produceoutputsthataretechnicallythoughtthroughandreadilyusablebyinternalor external project stakeholders

- Developathoroughunderstandingofclients’businessandindustryanddemonstratethe same effectively on the deliverables, internal & external discussions, etc.

- Participateinclientmeetingsalongwithengagementmanagertopresent/defendour solution POV

- ParticipateininternalcallswithUSbasedSMEs,onneedbasis,tounderstandandtranslate the directions for complex/current approaches or analysis

- Developdeepexpertiseinthefollowingkeydeliverables: - Keywordstrategy,Content&on; page strategy, SEO forecasting, technical analysis and Link building &clean; up,



Entity optimization & structured data; GEO for AI platforms; AI search visibility and citation optimization.

- Develop and execute GEO strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search.

- Collaborate with Content, Analytics and Technical teams using E-E-A-T, schema and entity optimization.

- Monitor AI search trends and AI visibility metrics.

- Ownershiptowardslearningclientbusiness,industry,customer&competition;

- Abilitytodelivererrorfreeandhigh-qualityoutputon projects

- GuidetheteamofanalyststofollowtheSEO/GEOframework,processesandtemplatesand contribute to evolving them

- Introducebestpracticestotheteambasedonknowledgeandexpertiseindigitalmarketing and SEO

WhoYouAre

- At least 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with particular focus on SEO

- 3+ years of recent experience in SEO will be a plus

- Client servicing experience preferred.

- Understanding of semantic search, entity optimization, schema, and E-E-A-T.

- Exposure to GEO for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.

- Experience with Semrush, Ahrefs,



Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and AI-assisted SEO tools.

DesiredQualifications:

- Bachelors in quantitative disciplines from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.

- MBA or master's in communications from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes would be a plus
